Each Enterprise Agency is staffed by a professional group of employees who plan, coordinate and implement the strategic plan created by the Board of Directors.

The key position is the Executive Director, who manages the day-to-day operations of the agency. He or she is the only member of the staff directly responsible to the Board of Directors.

The Executive Director is the main coordinator between government partner programs and services and the Enterprise Agency. He or she plays a key part in assisting the Board of Directors formulate the strategic plan and in gathering consensus from the Advisory Forum.
